About Us

We’ve designed our Dental and Cosmetic Clinic with your needs and comfort in mind. Based near Exeter Airport, you’ll find we have the very latest equipment and laser technology to bring the worlds leading clinical advancements to you. Repeated satisfaction surveys have revealed that our patients greatly value our relaxed, informed approach and feel involved in their treatment choices. Providing clear information to make informed decisions, the Dunedin Clinic delivers treatment that offers good value, and produces results that are rated highly in appearance and functionality. In addition, our gentle approach and rapid response to patients with problems also featured repeatedly in our questionnaires.

Our Approach

At the Dunedin Clinic our philosophy centres around a preventative approach, helping our patients to keep their teeth and gums healthy, thereby minimising the amount of treatment they will require. In order to achieve this we recommend a minimum of an annual visit. This allows us to monitor teeth and gum conditions, detect any problems early and take measures to resolve them with a minimum of intervention.
The team are committed to keeping up to date with developments in dentistry and the dentists practice in an evidence based manner. We aim to make the entire experience as pleasant as possible, providing comfortable and safe surroundings and a friendly, personal approach.
We value our patients. They are our practice.

Dental Plan or ‘Pay as You Go’?

A dental health plan allows patients to budget for examinations and hygiene appointments, whilst offering a 10% reduction on treatment costs. More information on these can be obtained from reception. During your examination, a full explanation of treatment options and costs will be given by the dentist. At the end of this appointment, an individual dental plan will be agreed upon and further appointments will be booked at reception.

Paying for Treatment
Our practice policy is to pay for treatment as it is provided. This allows for budgeting during a longer course of treatment. Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or by debit or credit card. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of payment, this must be done with the dentist at the initial appointment.

Cancelled and Missed Appointments

Whilst we recognise that occasionally appointments may have to be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances we would ask that as a general rule as much notice as possible is given, ideally a minimum of 24 hours. Similarly we all forget appointments once in a while and for a short appointment we would generally not impose a charge. We do however reserve the right to charge for missed or cancelled appointments, should we feel this reasonable.

Unhappy About Any Aspect of The Service?

If you feel unhappy about any aspect of the service we want to hear about it. Either speak to your dentist or to Lindsey and we will do our level best to address your concern.
