Dermal Fillers

As we age, the hyaluronic acid content of our skin –which is so important for water retention-decreases. Oil producing (sebaceous) glands become less active and your skin becomes drier. The skin also loses less fat so it looks less plump and smooth and because the number of blood vessels in the skin decreases, the skin loses its youthful colour and glow. While all these changes are taking place, gravity is also at work, pulling at the skin and causing it to sag.
Dermal Fillers are a popular and effective choice of treatment because they effectively diminish the signs of ageing and rehydrate the skin tissue.

The treatment normally involves you having some local anaesthetic cream on the treatment areas for 15 minutes beforehand. Most clients will need to have one or two syringes of Juvederm. Our first syringe currently costs £295 and subsequent syringes are £150 each. The treatment is quick and the results can be seen straight away, often lasting for up to a year at a time.
